The direct of the project is development of charity as necessary and social significant action. Charity and patronage and other public benefit activity which equal to it should be as usual for Ukrainian citizenships. We ask people who are able to propose material, advisory and volunteer help and join us. For example child care we want to show how support is important supporting charity in children’s life without parental warmth.

In our case we ask for charity that every child can find a family, become harmoniously developed personality and take a worthy place in Ukrainian society.

We are looking for partners among care and strong spirit people who are ready to help our children houses or specific child and take active part in implementation of our projects. We are asking for cooperation businesses and organizations whose activity can be useful in solving problems of our children houses.

Development of the charity movement we see in conducting educational activities and donation of advisory assistance people who are doing charity activity or ready to do. In our opinion conducting outreach activities in mass media, promotion stored experience of specific benefactor allow attract everybody who are ready to help people and take part in their rocky fortune.

The project «Milky way» sets following objectives:

- to attract for partnership socially-responsible business;
- to create the group of fund friends among people whose variety help allow child come back to normal life’s condition, find a family and set good place in society;
- to organize round table, conferences and other activities with attracting mass media, about promotion charity experience as significant social phenomenon;
- to take part in legislative draft for creating in Ukraine law base promotes development charity initiative of business structure;
- in order to ensure confidence to charity funds and organizations introduce mechanism of social audit for marking level of open fund and specific use of charitable funds;
- to contribute of development of charity movement in Ukraine.
